Jay Bell - Owner
I have lived in Northwest Georgia my entire life. I attended Gordon Lee High School in Chickamauga, and now attend Berea College in Berea, Kentucky. My love for the flooring industry began in 2015, when I helped my now partner Nick Wilson add three-point arches to the University of Georgia practice floor. I immediately fell in love with the process. In 2017, I began working for Praters Flooring. There, I honed my skills on the floor, and truly understood the love I had for the job. The skills I have developed are portrayed on projects I have completed while employed by Praters Flooring, including Ole Miss, Northeastern University, Jacksonville University, The University of The Cumberlands, and over 25 high/middle/elementary schools throughout the southeast. My biggest excitement when walking into the job, is seeing the old turn into new. Being able to give a community or an organization something to be proud of is a great feeling. It really is a beautiful process that takes dedication, skill, patience, and some long nights.
