        With a small investment, you can quickly increase the value of your house, and add beauty within. We will come in and sand the floors, taking extreme measures to ensure your home stays as clean as possible during our time with you. After sanded, the floor can be stained different colors (like the beautiful Golden Oak shown to the right!), or simply have a coat of satin finish applied for just the right amount of gloss.
